The Earth Is Flat

And Trump is Still President

To the growing number of braniacs who are absolutely certain that the earth is flat, I ask one question: Do you believe that trump won the 2020 presidential election, that the COVID-19 pandemic is made up by the Democrats and that a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires?

I’m fairly certain about the answers and it explains why more people than ever think the earth is as flat as a pancake, that there is no such thing as gravity, that photographs of a round earth taken from space were obviously photoshopped and that trump won the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic is made up by the Democrats, a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires and that Democrats, specifically Hillary Clinton are members of a pedophile sex ring.

My big worry is that if I came to the edge of the Earth and fell off, where would I land but I would like to see the other side of the pancake and whether there is a parallel universe there. But not to worry, the flat Earthers tell us that you can’t fall of the planet because there is a gigundus ice wall barrier around the edge. Whew, I’m glad about that.

I would guess that a flat earther believes only his eyes, what you see is what you get, meaning that the sun is actually just a little bit smaller than a marble, that the science of nuclear physics with their atoms and sub-atomic particles is all bunk and if you think it is true, please show me a sub-atomic particle and you can’t because they don’t exist.

And the proverbial tree that falls in the forest actually does not make a sound if nobody is there to hear it. I presume the flat-earthers think that when you go to sleep that your world ends until you awaken and that trump won the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic is made up by the Democrats, a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires, that Democrats, specifically Hillary Clinton are members of a pedophile sex ring and that Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster most definitely exist.

In all seriousness, there is a growing number of people who believe in the flat-Earth conspiracy and they are part of the fallout from QAnon, that fertilizer for crazy conspiracy beliefs, sprinkled with a dash of anti-science attitudes that seem to be spreading like a virus that was made in China and supported by some of the great minds of our time, like Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., Rapper B.o.B, and NBA star Kyrie Irving and former NBA star, Shaquille O’Neal, who later retracted his comments and said he was only joking. I only hope you listen to the words of these paragons of logic and that trump won the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic is made up by the Democrats, a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires, that Democrats, specifically Hillary Clinton are members of a pedophile sex ring, that Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster most definitely exist and that wind turbines cause cancer.

A YouGov survey of more than 8,000 American adults suggested in 2019 that as many as one in six Americans are not entirely certain the world is round, and though I have no proof, I believe they all live in Mississippi, Nebraska, Iowa and every other red state with the most in Texas. It is a worldwide phenomenon as in 2019 the Datafolha Institute, a Brazilian polling firm, surveyed more than 2,000 Brazilian adults and found that 7 percent of people in that country reject the concept of a spherical Earth. If you don’t believe that the lunatics have taken over the asylum, note that The Flat Earth Society, a group that has existed for decades, has more than 200,000 followers on Facebook and that most of them have rather strong anti-science tendencies. The Flat Earth Society also has a Twitter account, @FlatEarthOrg.

Among the flat Earth theories, NASA is a giant Disneyland and the astronauts are actors; that the April 2019 photo that went round the world of the supermassive black hole photo at the core of the supergiant elliptical galaxy Messier 87 is a fake; and lastly, there can be no doubt about the Earth’s flatness because if you fill a bottle with water you will see that the water never curves and it would if the earth was really a sphere and it is further proof that trump won the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic is a giant scam cooked up by the Democrats, a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires, that Democrats, specifically Hillary Clinton are members of a pedophile sex ring, that Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster most definitely exist, that wind turbines cause cancer, that there were never dinosaurs and that Darwin was the real kook as anyone can see that man was created by God and did not evolve.

One flat-Earth believer, Mike Hughes, built a rocket so he could see for himself if the Earth is flat. He launched on March 24, 2018, and soared to 1,875 feet before parachuting safely back to Earth. Hughes was unshaken in his flat Earth belief and said the “real evidence” will come with larger rockets, however, Hughes died in an accident on Feb. 22, 2020, when his steam-powered rocket crashed.

In ending, I quote the great NBA star, philosopher supreme, Kyrie Irving, who said, “Can you openly admit that you know the Earth is constitutionally round? Like, you know that for sure? Like, I don’t know” and is positive that trump won the 2020 presidential election, the COVID-19 pandemic is a giant scam cooked up by the Democrats, a Jewish-made laser shot down from space and ignited the California wild fires, that Democrats, specifically Hillary Clinton are members of a pedophile sex ring, that Bigfoot and the Loch Ness monster most definitely exist, that wind turbines cause cancer, that there were never dinosaurs and that Darwin was the real kook as anyone can see that man was created by God and did not evolve.
