The LGBTQ Kids are Coming

Prepare to Battle

I am aghast, agog, terrified and horror struck by the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that a Virginia school board can not bar transgender students from using the bathroom that fits their gender identity.

The nightmare dystopian vision is about to come true, prepare yourselves for hoards upon hoards of men who will now switch genders for the sole reason that they can ogle the girls in the girls room and brace yourselves for the sight of gangs of women who change genders for no other reason than they could stare at the budding genitalia of your young boys. Our world is surely speeding to wreck and ruin not to mention atrophy and degeneration.

And that is certainly not the only bad news for all of us who are working non-stop, night and day, without rest to maintain a semblance of morality and ethics in a nation that is being driven to the unholy, sinful ground of LGBTQ or is it USMBD or is it QRFSA, I can never get that right. Last week, Las Vegas Raiders defensive lineman Carl Nassib came out publicly that he is gay. You heard that right, Carl Nassib, a member of our very special gladiator class, those who are the very personification of bone crushing, face smashing masculinity and macho, said he’s got a limp wrist. Where’s the barf bag, I’m going to get sick.

And just two days later, Kumi Yokoyama, a forward for the Washington Spirit women’s soccer team, came out as a transgender man. Inquiring minds want to know what bathroom Kumi’s uses and I can see it all now as all the weighlifters, shotputters, javelin tossers and hammer throwers will gratefully give up their masculinity so they can get the edge in competition against the women. And don’t forget that 21-year-old runner Sha’Carri Richardson thanked her girlfriend, yes, girlfriend, not boyfriend, after qualifying for the U.S. Olympic team.

What the heck is going on here, people? It was bad enough when that Commie, pinko, left wing radical, Antifa, Democrat Colin Rand Kaepernick chose to insult our flag by taking a knee during the playing of the National Anthem. Now we have gay linemen, transgender forwards and a spineless Supreme Court.

But at least one New Jersey school principal had the guts to stand up for what is right when he pulled the plug at graduation ceremonies as the school valedictorian began to speak about his painful struggles to come out as a queer youth.

Robert Tull Jr., principal at the the Eastern Regional High School in Voorhees, would have none of this as he silenced Bryce Dershem, the valedictorian and snatched away his valedictorian speech. Graduation is not a time for serious thinking about issues that matter. No it is a time to speak about wonder and the future and be gushingly grateful for all the fantastic experiences that every one of the graduates had during their fun-filled high school years. To think that this brash young man would cast a pall of reality over the commencement was disgusting. Unfortunately, the smart brat that he is, Dershem had memorized his speech and gave it anyway after he was given a working microphone and the assembled throng clapped and shouted in approval.

And last but surely not least, let’s give a rousing round of applause for Florida Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis who took the moment of the start of this year’s Pride Month, to sign a law that bans transgender women and girls from playing on school sports teams that correspond with their gender identity. Way to go Ronnie. It’s so great to have thoughtful, insightful leaders for a change who are willing to stick their necks out to stop the marauders from advancing.

Next, the deciders are going to decide that women have the right to decide on whether they want to abort an early pregnancy. Oh, wait, they already have the right to abortion but we should never give up the good fight.

But really, it’s more than absurd that people are debating whether people have the right to their bodies. The breathtaking audacity of people thinking they can dictate how others live is more than mind-numbing, it is causing our young people to kill themselves because of the shame they feel about being gay or not identifying with the gender of their birth.

There are so many young LGBTQ athletes who love sports but who must keep their sexual identities secret or risk bullying or worse by straight teammates. And so many trans youths stay away from sports because they worry they will be attacked if they are found out. And tragically, young LGBTQ people are far more prone to suicide than straight youths. For many LGBTQ youths, a supportive coach, manager, trainer or teacher can make a huge difference. The Trevor Project reported that one accepting adult can reduce the risk of suicide attempts by LGBTQ young people by 40 percent.

It is not the LGBTQ community that is sick, it is the many bigots who are wrong. How many more young people will have to suffer because of these self-appointed morality guardians?
